Objectives
- Understand and act on relational, social and institutional contexts to promote the educational success of pupils and students, particularly those with vulnerability factors (e.g. poverty, academic difficulties).
- Offer strategies to support the success and well-being of these individuals during school transitions, which represent pivotal moments in their educational careers.
Axis 2: Supporting successful post-school transitions: models of resilience
Objectives
- Identify non-traditional life paths (e.g., dropping out of school, atypical careers) that demonstrate the resilience of individuals facing various obstacles (e.g., poverty, educational difficulties).
- Analyze the interaction between their needs and their developmental assets to discover how to prepare vulnerable individuals of future generations for successful school and post-school transitions.
